The Fine Print

Standard service terms

1. Domain & Hosting Provision

All domain registrations are completed under the client's legal name. Strainda Digital acts solely as the technical administrator. Hosting services are provisioned on high-speed, secure servers with fixed monthly or annual billing cycles.

2. Payment & Default

Payments are due upon invoice receipt or according to agreed installment schedules. Failure to clear hosting renewals within 14 days of the due date may result in temporary service suspension to protect server integrity.

3. Design & Development Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights of the custom website design and code are transferred to the client. Strainda Digital retains no ownership over your creative assets.
